- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years leadership experience in early childhood and/or elementary education
- Strong team management and strategic planning skills
- Experience with compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance
- Financial management experience preferred
- Marketing and knowledge and experience preferred
- Senior leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of educators towards achieving organizational goals.
- Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate others towards achieving excellence.
- Supervisory skills: Ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to faculty and staff members
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop long-term plans that align with the school's mission and vision.
- Education expertise: Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies.
- Budgeting: Proficiency in managing budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Education administration: Knowledge of administrative processes in an educational setting, including admissions, enrollment management, scheduling, etc.
- Public speaking: Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent the school in public forums.

- Management: Ability to effectively manage resources, facilities, and technology infrastructure.
