- Overseeing operations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

- Master’s Degree in early or elementary education, child development, or another child-related field, with a minimum of two years (not necessarily consecutive) of experience teaching young children in a group setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in early or elementary education, child development, or another child-related field, with a minimum of five years (not necessarily consecutive) of experience teaching young children in a group setting.
- A genuine love for children and an ability to relate well to them, their families, and teachers.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in an early educational, elementary, or recreational setting.
- Demonstrated team-building accomplishments, fostering group collaboration toward common goals.
- Previous experience in a NAEYC-accredited program is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain certification upon hire).
